LoLo Company, a family style board game producer, hit a wall in their attempt to enter the mass market. Their marketing efforts were scattered and sales lagged. They needed a structured plan for growth. Julie developed a 5 year plan that narrowed the focus to the most receptive consumers and distribution channels. Julie re-positioned LoLo Company in class of its own with active group-play games for kids and families. Implementation tactics included product enhancements, brand sharpening, PR, contests, niche advertising and online marketing. Resulted in entry into three new distribution channels and over 400% increase in sales in less than 3 years.
