Dr. Cruise wanted to rebuild his plastic surgery practice after relocating from the east to the west coast. Unaccustomed to such an intensely competitive market, he hired us to create a break-through awareness campaign. Positioning him as a patient advisor and advocate we developed a multi-channel, multi platform communication plan using long-form direct response television, radio ads, web videos, and custom magazine publishing. We supplemented the campaign with guerilla marketing activities to stimulate word of mouth and referrals.Within two years these efforts resulted in an established and thriving practice.
