Zazz Chief Creative Officer and founder, Julie Stone, puts the Zazz in Marketing. Julie has cultivated her extraordinary marketing instincts through 17 years of success with clients spanning retail, manufacturing, and service industries.

In 2005, Julie chose to focus her broad marketing talents, wealth of experience, and relentless creativity towards supporting socially responsible companies whose products enrich lives and promote environmental sustainability.

Gil Aranowitz | Director of Strategy & Research

Throughout his career, Gil has strived to develop award winning, memorable, but most of all effective communication programs for both leading global brands and entrepreneurial upstarts in the US and Asia.

Passionate about teamwork, uncovering consumer insights and bringing ideas to life, Gil is a skilled leader of both qualitative and quantitative research projects and an experienced facilitator of group ideation and problem solving sessions. He has led communication program development across a variety of categories from fashion to automotive to packaged goods in both large, global advertising agencies and independent strategy boutiques.

Much of Gil’s planning experience was developed in Asia.  Having earned his MBA at the International University of Japan, Gil was one of the first non-Japanese account planners to work in the Tokyo advertising community.  

Rounding out his background, Gil also spent three years as advertising and media planning manager for Adidas Japan.  At Adidas, he applied the rigors of account planning to all communication disciplines in the soccer and running categories . . .  leading to innovative communications programs and unprecedented success for the brand in a historically difficult market.

In 1993 Michael's landmark technological achievement came when he developed the first-of-its-kind mortgage analysis software enabling consumers to shop and compare mortgage loans online.  E-loan.com, the first website-to-consumer lender, leveraged Michael's data and technology. After two years, they secured $75 million in funding and became one of the largest online lenders in the country.

Today Michael is known as the king of content management systems and SEO Optimization. His knowledge of how to to appeal to Google's crawlers and improve page rank and website hits in invaluable. 

Michael is dedicated to community service and spends hundreds of hours each year, in leadership positions, supporting non-profit groups and local businesses. 

Frequently invited to speak, Michael shares his expertise in maximizing websites through search engine optimization, marketing, and content management systems.
